Account Deletion

1. Via Mobile App

   • Log into the Mobile App.
   • Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
   • Confirm your request by entering your registered email or phone number.
   • Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.

2. Via Website Form (Below)

   • You may also submit a direct request through the form provided on this page.
   • Our support team will process your request and confirm once your data has been erased.

⚠️ Important Notice:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• All your profile data, account information, and associated records will be removed in line with our Data Privacy Policy.
• Certain financial records may be retained as required by regulation.
